The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing ample comfort during my stay. the baths were a good size and in good condition, allowing for a soothing and relaxing experience. The highlight of my stay was the kaiseiki meal, which was by far the best I've had in a similar hotel. The staff were also wonderfully obliging and accommodating, making me feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel failed to provide a wide range of beauty products in the men's onsen. the outdoor bath lacked sufficient privacy, as guests from the opposite hotel could easily see those using it.

the mountain views were great & it was easy to get around town from our location.
The meals were overpriced and not enjoyable. the dinner was served in a communal area and felt like we were on a conveyor belt, rushed through our meal.
